Roles and responsibilities

• Andrew leads the financial strategy for 大象传媒 Design & Engineering as well as managing the overall financial and operational performance, investment prioritisation and financial and operational compliance of the division, in partnership with the Chief Technology and Product Officer who leads 大象传媒 Design & Engineering.

Biography

Andrew joined the 大象传媒 as Finance Director 大象传媒 Technology, Distribution & Archives and oversaw the reorganisation of this division in 2015 as 大象传媒 Engineering. During 2015, Andrew was part of the integration team that brought together 大象传媒 Digital, Engineering and 大象传媒 Worldwide technology teams into one organisation, 大象传媒 Design & Engineering.

Following the successful launch of the new division in April 2016, Andrew was appointed as the Finance Director for 大象传媒 Design & Engineering. After further changes to the organisational structure in mid-2017, Andrew assumed the operational responsibilities of D&E, becoming the Finance & Operations Director. This includes leading the Business Management & Administration teams, along with the relevant operational domain responsibilities (Performance, Governance, Compliance & Change) across D&E.

Before joining the 大象传媒, Andrew spent 24 years with IBM Australia and New Zealand, and most recently held the roles of COO and prior to that CFO of IBM Global Business Services, which is IBMs consulting, systems integration and application management services division.

Andrew is a Fellow of CPA Australia.

Expenses are costs incurred by 大象传媒 staff on behalf of the 大象传媒 and claimed through the 大象传媒's expenses system.

Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 大象传媒 and booked through the 大象传媒's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
