The ´óÏó´«Ã½ Board is the main decision making body for all of the ´óÏó´«Ã½, including the ´óÏó´«Ã½’s commercial activities, which are undertaken through commercial subsidiaries.

The ´óÏó´«Ã½ Commercial Board oversees the delivery of the Corporation’s commercial ambitions. It reports to the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Board on the delivery of ´óÏó´«Ã½ Studios’ objectives, in line with the ´óÏó´«Ã½’s overall commercial strategy, and on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Studioworks.

The ´óÏó´«Ã½ Commercial Board is chaired by Sir Damon Buffini, a non-executive member of the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Board, and comprises a majority of six non-executive members alongside three executives.

´óÏó´«Ã½ commercial subsidiaries’ executive committees

Each of the ´óÏó´«Ã½â€™s commercial subsidiaries has an executive committee, which is responsible for the operational management of that subsidiarity.
