Barry Jackson from Rotherham bought this 'snap' tin (lunchbox) from a bric-a-brac stall but has no idea who it belongs to. "Miners put their lunch in them to take them down the pit. Everyone had one, along with a Dudley [water container]." Barry has mining connections; his dad, uncle and grandad all worked in the coal industry.
