Small porcelain figure of dog

Made by Royale Stratford Porcelain of Stoke as a one off piece after I had tried to buy one of their standard pieces. My dog Josh had been used as model for the piece. I had already written a book about Josh and it was in the proces of being published. The company had closed down but had been owned by the same man who owned the building company we had bought a house from 6 years earlier. Some of the original staff found a blank model and painted it to suit my dog's specific pigmentation. Gave me a wonderful ending to a biography of a very special dog.
