Episode 68
The girls ignore the warnings of the mysterious woman, who clearly has something to hide, and decide to investigate the castle themselves. Ghosts, they know, do not exist. There is not much left of Lochranza Castle, but Marsaili has heard the legend that Robert the Bruce landed at Lochranza Castle when he returned from Ireland to claim his throne in 1306.
She's waxing lyrical to S矛leas about her historical knowledge and S矛leas is getting quite fed up. S矛leas wishes something exciting would happen just to stop Marsaili talking non-stop at her.
Suddenly there is a flash of light and everything goes black. The girls note a shadowy figure of a man. There before them stands Robert the Bruce. If they were in any doubt the man before them bawls at them!
鈥淲hat is going on here?鈥, the girls wonder.
They are suddenly aware of another presence.
It's the strange mysterious woman.
Whatever is going on here is centred on her . What is she doing here? Why is she here?
Robert the Bruce : Is mise Raibeart Brus. Feumaidh mi cr霉n na h-Alba fhaighinn! C貌 sibhse? A bheil sibh c貌mhla rium no nam aghaidh? (I am Robert the Bruce. I must get the crown of Scotland! Who are you? Are you with me, or against me?)
