Bag Restrictions and Prohibited Items
In the interest of safety, only 1 small bag is permitted per person with the following dimensions:
W21cm X H30cm X D8cm.
Food for personal consumption can be brought into the event but must fit within the permitted bag size.
Please ensure you have checked the list of prohibited items (see paragraph 10 of the Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions) and bag restrictions
No alcoholic drinks may be brought into this event. They will be confiscated at the gates and disposed of. Each person is permitted to bring in:
• 1 x 500ml or under of water or soft drink (including juice) in sealed plastic bottles and/or paper cartons.
• An empty plastic or metal water bottle up to 1l to be filled at water points in the event arena free-of-charge.
In the interest of safety and security, please do not bring any glass items to this event (including bottles, perfume & aftershave).
Umbrellas more than 1 metre long are not permitted.
Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
Tickets are issued on behalf of the ´óÏó´«Ã½ ‘the organisers’. The ´óÏó´«Ã½ has engaged Nvisible to manage the event of their behalf. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions indicated here or displayed on the premises. The use of the ticket signifies agreement to the following conditions:
1. With the exception of children aged 2 years and under all those attending the event will need a valid ticket. PLEASE NOTE that anybody aged under 18 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested upon entry. Tickets should be retained at all times during the event.
ID checks may be carried out at the entrance, with the following forms of ID accepted: a valid passport; valid Photocard Driving Licence; or a valid photographic identity card bearing the National Proof Of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram.
2. Anyone breaking the rules and regulations governing the ticket purchase process may have any purchased tickets cancelled without notice and the ´óÏó´«Ã½ will not accept any liability for tickets cancelled in these circumstances.
3. The booking process for ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 2 Live will be handled by Ticketmaster and you will be transferred to their site to complete your purchase. The ´óÏó´«Ã½ is not responsible for the content of 3rd party sites and you will be subject to Ticketmaster’s privacy policy when providing your data in order to buy tickets. If you do not already have an account with Ticketmaster you will need to create one, but additional time will be allowed for you to do this.
4. The ticket is subject to the rules and regulations of the Organisers which may be changed at their sole discretion.
5. If you are unable to attend the event, you will be able to sell your tickets at face value via Ticketmaster’s Fan to Fan resale function. With these exceptions - tickets may NOT be sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any individual or organisation other than the ´óÏó´«Ã½.
Tickets are individually bar coded. Unofficial sale or attempted sale is grounds for seizure or cancellation of this ticket and those trying to use resold or cancelled tickets will be refused entry into the venue. Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the nominated ticket agents, it will become void and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue.
6. No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the event arena – bag searches will be in operation at the entrance gates and any alcohol found will be confiscated. Each person is permitted to bring in 1 x 500ml or under of water or soft drink (including juice) in sealed plastic bottles or paper cartons, and/or an empty plastic or metal water bottle up to 1L to be filled at water points in the event arena free-of-charge. No drinks in cans or glass containers will be permitted on the event site.
7. Alcohol will be on sale in the event arena. No alcohol may be purchased or consumed by those under the age of 18. Proof of age will be requested from anyone who looks under 25 years of age. The only accepted forms of ID will be a photo card driving licence, passport, or a proof or age card bearing the PASS hologram e.g. Citizen card or Validate card. No photocopies of any of the listed forms of ID will be permitted. Security patrols will also be in operation to prevent anybody under the age of 18 attempting to consume alcohol.
8. Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the event. There is no cloakroom are the event. Small bags (1 per person) are allowed into the event with the dimensions W21cm x H30cm x D8cm (the size of A4 paper).
9. The following articles are NOT permitted on site: Chairs or shooting sticks (except for pre-registered access customers), glass items of any kind (including bottles, dishes, drinking vessels, perfume or aftershave), metal or ceramic knives or cutlery, cork screws, cheese and bread knives (unless wooden or plastic cutlery), barbeques (including disposable barbeques and camping stoves), flags, flag poles, umbrellas measuring more than 1 metre long, selfie sticks, hampers or cool boxes, flaming torches, candles or naked flames, flares, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, kites, gazebos, tents or shelters, tables, bicycles, generators, spray cans, unmanned aerial vehicles/devices (drones), smoke or gas canisters/cylinders (including aerosols and nitrous oxide), no items associated with taking NOS (canister, balloons, cartridges ),no gas devices or smoking devices, megaphones, air-horns, aerosols, backpack hydration packs, sound systems, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, zoom lenses, cinematographic equipment, audio visual equipment, unidentifiable substances, illegal substances, unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos or unofficial tabards, unauthorised reflective jackets, no medication unless recognisable or accompanied by a doctor’s note or prescription, and any article that might be used as a weapon and / or compromise public safety. Confiscated items cannot be returned upon exiting the festival site.
10. The use of drones/similar is prohibited on or near the event.
11. Fires are not permitted anywhere on site. Anyone involved with starting a fire or throwing anything onto a fire will be evicted from site. No candles or naked flames will be permitted.
12. Do not bring drugs including former legal highs to the event (this includes nitrous oxide). You may be rejected/ejected from the event and handed over to the police if found in possession. Sniffer dogs may be in operation.
13. The site is mostly grass and naturally uneven in areas. We would ask audience members to wear footwear appropriate for the conditions and exercise due care when walking to and around the site- please be aware that if there is rain before or during the event, the site could become more difficult to navigate.
14. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site.
15. No animals will be permitted, other than registered assistance dogs
16. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel this event at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside their control. They also reserve the right to alter or change the programme and line-up without prior notification
17. Should the event be cancelled or the line-up changed, the Organisers will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation of the entire event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Applications for refunds should be obtained via the point of purchase, and requested no later than 3 months after the event.
18. There is NO RE-ADMISSION. Once you have left the venue, you will not be able to return.
19. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to the site at their discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of the Organisers may be ejected without a refund. In addition anyone found to be causing damage to the site, the site infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drugs or in breach of these conditions will be ejected without a refund and may be reported to the police.
20. The Organisers will use their right to search all persons and personal property via bag searches and potentially via the use of full body metal detectors or wands. They will refuse admission to, or eject from site, any person who refuses to be searched by a steward or other person acting on their behalf.
21. The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission on their part.
22. ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 2 Live will be filmed for live and recorded transmission on any ´óÏó´«Ã½ network, including internet streaming. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world. They also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime.

24. If before or during the event you have a complaint in relation to the event (including without limitation in relation to your ability to view the event) please contact a steward as soon as possible – complaints are very difficult to deal with after the event.
25. The event is outdoors. You are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potentially inclement weather.
26. WARNINGS - Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing. Smoke effects, strobe lighting, lasers, pyrotechnics and loud noises may be used at this event.
27. It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces. Please observe the signage around the event arena.
28. Admission to this event is subject to the terms and conditions, and any other entry requirements recommended or required by government on the date of the event, which may include: (i) demonstrating your COVID-19 status by providing proof of a negative lateral flow test, evidence of full vaccination and/or (ii) any other entry requirements recommended or required by government. Failure to comply with such requirements may result in refusal of admission to the event and you will not be entitled to a refund. By purchasing a ticket you confirm you agree to this, and in particular, all safety measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 in place at the time of the event.
29. Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. The organisers will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.
