You can hear all their culinary tips and must try recipes at 11.50am Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can listen again here on the 大象传媒 Berkshire website... Imparting his gastronomic expertise on Henry's show from Monday 7 July to Friday 11 July 2008 was award winning Chef, Nana Akuffo. Ghanaian born Nana homed his cooking skills at Westminster College. After this he moved on to The Savoy and for eight years received classical training from Anton Edelmann.  Nana has worked at several establishments including the Brasserie St Quinton on London's fashionable Brompton Road.
