Misha is feeling anxious. She has missed a lot of school and is struggling to talk to anyone about how she is feeling.
Her sister, Elle, and her best friend, Jayden, have noticed she seems down but they're not sure what to say or how to act.
Can you find the right words to support Misha with her anxiety?
How to play
Watch the films and use the buttons below to move through the story. You'll be seeing each scenario from the point of view of either Elle or Jayden.
You'll be asked what you would do in each situation. Try and answer as truthfully as you can but don't worry if you're not sure - make your best guess and see what happens!
Throughout the films you'll get the opportunity to hear what Misha is thinking, such as what she would say if she could find the words. Listen carefully because it might help you decide how best to help her.
If you're in a hurry, the film is split into four parts so you can play it a section at a time. Each part takes 3-4 minutes and the total play time is 12-16 minutes.

If you need support
You should always tell someone about the things you鈥檙e worried about. You can tell a friend, parent, guardian, teacher, or another trusted adult. If you're struggling with your mental health, going to your GP can be a good place to start to find help. Your GP can let you know what support is available to you, suggest different types of treatment and offer regular check-ups to see how you鈥檙e doing.
If you鈥檙e in need of in-the-moment support you can contact , where you can speak to a counsellor. Their lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
