On Earth Day, in April the Regenerators launched the Hall of Fame awards. A celebration of young people, across the UK, who are taking action to protect the planet either individually or together.

There were lots of impressive entries in both the group and individual categories to look through and the judges had tough decisions to make.

We can now reveal the three climate champions which so impressed them in the individual categories: ages 5-9, 10-13 and 14-16. Check out Theo, Skye and Edward鈥檚 stories below.

The group winners can be found here.

Climate champion: Theo (8) - Norfolk, England

Nothing is stopping Theo from his mission to protect seals in his local area. Theo is an inspiration to his friends and local community and often takes toy seals on his litter picks at the beach. Take a look at the video to find out what else Theo does to help protect the environment.
