Movement and performance skills
The performer must have the ability to select and safely apply a range of movement and performance skills, with some control and fluency.
Examples
In a rugby game, a performer may be able to pass, catch, run, dodge past a defender whilst carrying the ball and tackle an opponent to the ground.
In table tennis, the performer may return the ball to their opponent using a forehand shot.
In gymnastics, the performer could perform a skill such as a cartwheel and demonstrate a controlled balance such as a headstand.
A dancer may be able to smoothly link together different dynamic motifs.
