Body and spatial awareness
The performer should be able to demonstrate body and spatial awareness with some identifiable patterns and rhythms.
Examples
In hockey, the performer could show awareness of space by passing a ball in behind a defender for a team-mate to run on to. In defense play, the performer may stay close to the opponent, following their every move.
In gymnastics, the performer can put together a performance which may include the performer changing direction, a change in level or a variety of speeds in rotation.
In badminton, the performer may demonstrate the ability to play the shuttle away from their opponent.
