During the course of the pitch, important financial data is uncovered, which throws some doubt on to the real state of his business. Ideas of profit, loss, turnover, salaries and forecasts of sales are discussed, as well as some tough negotiation techniques.

Could be used as an enrichment activity on percentages. Get students to look out for key data. Students could pretend to be setting up a business, and calculate the necessary investment they would need, taking into account salaries, marketing, profit margins, percentages to investors, and other costs. Or they could role-play an entrepreneur/ investor dynamic, and experience financial negotiation.
