Description
Teen Canteen is a catering project set up and run by a group of secondary students. This clip highlights some of the team roles within Teen Canteen and loosk at who performed them and why. It鈥檚 apparent that the decisions made about selecting the key people can determine the success or failure of a task.
Classroom Ideas
Using a real life business they are studying, or a business model, students could pick out particular roles and write up a job description. From this they could then discuss the characteristics that are required for each role to be carried out successfully.
