Qigong - the art of energy control
Description
The Chinese believe that physical wellbeing will lead to spiritual and mental wellbeing. That鈥檚 why many older people practise qigong, the Daoist art of energy control, in the park every morning. Children, too, routinely do physical exercises in the playground. We also learn how the Chinese introduce themselves with the surname first, and the importance of choosing a meaningful name.
