Eco pleated skirt

The inspiration for my design came from the latest fashion in shops . I also thought about the 60s/70s theme and tried to make my skirt a bit weird by adding a waistband with flowers on it. This idea came from the various pictures I came across whilst researching. I added flower because of the 'flower power' saying.
