What inspired me to design my dress were the colours and style of Mexico. By researching Mexico I found that Mexicans like bright, warm colours such as red, yellow and orange. I then researched Mexican dresses and lots of flamenco dresses came up, so I have tried to base my design on flamenco dresses but at the same time adding style and class. I have also added an occasional jacket which is also in the Mexican style.

Love the jacket. I was looking up Mexican and Spanish clothing styles and found out this style jacket is called a Bolero jacket. Wonderful use of colours both in the jacket and the dress. I love all the ruffles as well.
