Entry to the Portrait Design Competition by Lucy who attended a FREE Blast on Tour workshop in Brighton. This design is for El Policia. Lucy says: I chose this band because overall I prefer the music that they play, and their sense of style. When we watched the film about them they said some bands from the mod era that they relate to, so I have chosen the mod colours for the cover. I think that in changing the effects of the main picture it makes the image stronger.
