Entry to the Portrait Design Competition by Jessica who attended a FREE Blast on Tour workshop in Colchester. This design is for El Policia. Jessica says: I chose El Policia because they were good and funny and they sing well, they were really into their music. I put musical notes on there because I thought it would be colourful and I made the background bight to make people happy.
