Wow, there's a certain flamenco look to this, but interesting to see a contrast between that and such a subtle shade of colour. Have you given any thought to what fabric you'd make this out of? You'd definitely need something to create volume on the sleeves and ruffles, but then maybe the right fabric choice could take it in a different direction so it isn't too literal in its 70s references? Sort of like how shoulder pads are back, but more sculptural.
