An experimental mix utilising a different EQ style. Not one of my better songs. Made in 4 hours.

Now I'm not going to let you be hard on yourself because I really like this!! :D It's got great transitions between the mellow verse and the powerful chorus sections, and you add to this with the way the guitars lead (and are continued) into the heavy sections again. Good contrast when they do too.

I can hear rising synths lurking behind the chorus, is that right? Nice touch. Very subtle. :)

To me it feels very cinematic - probably because of the way you convey a definite mood. Have you ever thought about composing music for film?

Thankyou for your comment again richard :), You can't hear any synths by the way, it's your imagination haha, it's just guitar bass and drums. I've never taken into consideration composing film music but that might very well be interesting to try out one day, although I'm not much of a composer.
