My first review of the book "The Astonishing Life of Octavian Nothing" written by M.T. Anderson. The music and the review were written and recorded by me. Hopefully this will be the first of many such reviews, depending on YOUR opinion, dear listener. So please, leave comments.

Read it and died fulfilled, ha, that's brilliant! I hope this is the first of many, very well presented, excellent voice btw, and for the mention that was rather unexpected, but very kind of you and the music may I just say is excellent. Very pro.

May I also ask what EOTB stands for? And when may we expect the next review? I don't mean to be a slave driver, but I can see this being a weekly or fortnightly thing. I say that because I guess we have to give you time to read things and write the music, not that you have to write a new track every time. But yeah I thought the music was a very nice touch, would love to be able to write my own theme music, but don't have that gift. Unless I play it on a triangle or something and even then it would probably be out of time. xkim

Love the music at the beginning...
This is utterly brilliant - a concise evaluation, but done with a real sense of your personality too. The music's great, the review's great and the feel's wonderful too.
So - what are you reviewing next, Nick? You could end up the Mark Kermode of books at this rate!

Yeah definitely Mark kermode, got that style of presentation, but a bit more fun, Mark Kermode is great, but he's a bit grumpy.
