Don't let it annoy you too much :)

Thanks for the latest posting Jake. Again, it's quite chilled and like a sound-scape: really atmospheric and a bit haunting. :)
How did you achieve that low scratching type effect?

p.s. Annoying? Nooo! (And I love the title too...)

Thanks again :), I use a software amplifier, and theres a glitch in the delay pedal part of it where if you change the delay while there is noise it completely warpes the sound, so I kind of experimented with the quality of it and came up with this. This is the second experiment of 2, I made one ages ago but it was extremely low quality compared. This experiment was to try and get the quality there as well as the weird noise XD

Well, as an experiment I'd definitely say it's working. And it's good to hear that your technique is developing.
It reminds me of some great ambient/ electronica artists like Mm, who make really haunting music from interesting sounds (if you can, check out Mm's track 'We Have A Map Of The Piano').
In this case though I think you've found quite a unique sound and you should keep developing this. Are you going to use it on something else?

I don't think I will unless I start writing a game I've been meaning to make.
Otherwise the ´óÏó´«Ã½ are welcome to use any of these as material for any show if they see fit (and if it's up to standards of course and as long as they give credit =]), I'm not going to do anything with them so :)
