Title: Silent thoughts, part 2

by Evan from Kent | in writing, fiction

As Phil regains consciousness he feels as if had no body for a moment. He couldn't stand up but after a while he regained the use of his body again. He woke up to a dirty bedroom. Phil was confused 'This isn't my room, where the hell am I?' The room was dark and had dirt all over the walls. There were picture frames hanging from the wall and he was sitting on a dirty bed. Phil stands up and walks over to the window 'That's my house, that must mean I'm in that weird house but how can that be?' Phil hears a bang. 'What was that?' Phil turns to the door. A monstrous groan comes from outside the door. 'w-w-who is-s there?' Phil stutters with fear. The groan seems to stop. Phil lets out a breath of relief and walks towards the door. All the walls were dirty and the furniture was destroyed. 'What the hell is going on here, just why am I here?' Phil looks around for any clues. He decides to go downstairs. Right next to the stairs is a chained up door. Phil looks around some more. Phil goes into the kitchen. As soon as he sets foot inside the kitchen he hears another bang. Phil thinks it might be the source of that groan he heard earlier. He looks around the drawers for any weapons he could use. He finds a steel pipe in a draw. 'What is a steel pipe doing here?' Phil readies himself and walks towards the stairs. He walks up the stairs and finds a door open. 'That wasn't open before, how did it open?' Phil sees rubble on the floor and investigates. 'What did this?' Phil sees a big hole in the wall and has an urge to go inside.
