Title: Modern London
by Mayurie from Hertfordshire | in writing, poetry
London is a majestic place,
One of which is full of haste,
And not much space.
Old alleys are clustered with unwanted waste,
Where many beggars and tramps stay.
Modern London has come today,
And new shops and sights have made way.
Tourists come and go,
Crowding, moving; to and fro.
All the hustle and bustle crowd the stores,
Especially when the London rain pours.
But above all, London is fun,
Especially when there is a sun.
Royalty emerge from Buckingham Palace, and give their gracious wave.
All is lost including malice,
Which is a great memory to save.
My inspiration is London
