Title: Stone cold poem

by Katie from Essex | in writing, poetry

Walking in the streets,
Of derelict London,
My feet sore,
And face bare,
It's cold out now,
But I keep on walking,
Through the frozen streets of London.

Bruises on my arms and legs,
From where I tossed and turned,
And the frozen trees,
Sway in the fresh morning breeze,
The passers- by
Just stop and stare,
But I hardly notice.

I'm all alone,
Just the morning and me,
The sun is rising now,
Walk on I must.
