Title: How high?
by Jamie from Lancashire | in writing, poetry
Here I am with this distaste for growing
There you are with your scented lips all knowing
With starry eyes I sit here
Way beyond any noticed pain
It's all history.
Dragging bodies so far they are aloft
Illusions get so tiring but I sit and cry and watch
The script I had at the beginning seems to gone missing
Started off in my mouth and left me whilst I was kissing
How high did you get?
Planets
Past moons, Past Stars,
Past that?
You are my painted masterpiece,
And I preserved you and never will sell.
That future is certain in which memories will tell
And even with my misdirection
You'll find I have the last decision.
You may see me kissing wildly down here.
And ill be looking up with no fear,
What's that?
This lie will die with me and we'll share it.
Too late I did it again holding nothing back,
I've been busted because its silence I lack
.
Live well, Life's short, you'd know.
Your away, but your way...
Won our hearts.
The passing away of a dear friend
