Title: Ideas

by Sophie from Dorset | in writing, poetry

My ideas come to me,
The girl that thinks that she can see;
Into deep and dark parts of life,
Those that are normally full of strife;
And full of anger, fear and rage,
Eyes that see a person age;
At such a speed that scares the brave,
Reduce the knight to a mere knave;
A different time and different place,
A different child and different face;
One that's lost its cheerful smile,
Stand with me but in a while;
Cut the rope and sever ties,
As the moments pass us by;
Staying in a state of bliss,
Is something you don't want to miss;
Lick your wounds but careful be,
For I'm the girl that can see.

I was typing out some of my previous poems, when I decided to write a new one. This is it; a poem based on my ideas.
