Title: My Love
by James from Essex | in writing, poetry
Your skin glows like the strawberry blossoms, beautiful as the rose in the purest hope of spring.
My heart follows your sweet voice and leaps like a cat at the whisper of your name.
The evening floats on a great hawk's wing.
I am comforted by your presence that I hope to carry into the twilight of England's beams and hold next to my arm.
I am filled with hope that I may dry your tears of Joy.
As I look at your picture, it reminds me of your radiance.
In the quiet, I listen for the last boom of the day.
I wait in the moonlight for you, so that we may dance as one, leg to leg, in search of the magnificent blue and mystical love.
A girl I've liked since primary
