Title: Nomads

by Rosie from Gloucestershire | in writing, poetry, story-telling

Nomads

Missing leaves us running to chase
Time. The hands hush their movement
And each stop, that momentary embrace
Of such desolate beauty.

A heavy sky of sun descends,
Each flash, a smile or thunder
For all the places, times and people.
We wonder where we wander.

During this summer my friends and I went interrailing around Europe and this inspired me to create this poem.
