Hand painted silk, took me about 3 weeks. It was for a textiles project and I was inspired by questionaires and the results I got back from my friends!

Did you practise your design on a cheaper fabric before going to work on the silk? I'd love to see a close-up shot of the print (to see those little imperfections you get from anything done by hand, that gives it a unique quality). If you do upload a close-up, please post the link to it here so we can see both together.
