The very beautiful Kelly Rowland joined your boys Ace & Vis in the studio on Friday for a chat about her newly re-packaged, "Ms Kelly" album and her love for the UK.

We would like to give ourselves special props because it is extremely hard to stare, dreul and conduct an interview at the same time.

Check out the interview here:

We (ace & Vis) have also been arguing about the top picture. We both believe the other can be cut out! What do you guys think??

Akwaba! (Welcome in the local language - Twi).

So people, My flight to Ghana was delayed & full of people going down for the 26th Africa Cup Of Nations. I bumped into camera men, football scouts & Sway the UK rapper.

The people are very friendly and helpful here - big up Alex who waited for me at the Airport for a couple of hours and found me somehow in a massive crowd of people!

Got to the hotel to get some rest and the next day was business as usual. Ghana Vs Guinea was the 1st match and we were at the Accra National Stadium to cover all that was going down on 1xtra.
44, 000 plus were in the stadium to watch the opening match and a few thousand more were outside to just feed of the environment from inside the stadium.

From kids on bikes, women balancing stuff on their heads for sale, drink vendors, people with dogs spray painted with the Ghanean flag colours, face painters & even food sellers - you could buy anything from outside the stadium.

The game was on & when Ghana scored the 1st goal you could have thought they had won the competition. I saw women rolling on the ground, people running up & down screaming, kids pulling bmx stunts on their bikes - I have never seen this before in my life.

Guinea equalised and the tension and mood went down and everybody was anxious until Muntari of Portsmouth did what he has been doing for Pompey so well and struck a shot that shook the net in the final minutes. The carnival began all over again! Horns, whistles, people hugging, jumping, shouting - it was chaotic jubilation.

After the game the real party began, sound system after sound system lined the streets, clubs & pubs all had big speakers outside playing hip life (local music) and dancehall which is very big out here - also saw enough cabs flying the Jamaican flag.

The next day was also full of activity - we got up nice and early and onto a mini-bus ride from Accra to Kumasi for the game between Cameroon and Egypt. We arrived at the Baba Yara stadium and met with football fans from different countries just to find out their thoughts on the games so far and who their favourite artists were. We got to speak to a local DJ, Kwaku who spoke about the Ghanaian music scene. Check out Wednesday's (tonight's) show for the full story - D.N.A -DestiNation Africa from midnight til 2am on 1Xtra, will be coming live from the Milkin Hotel in Kumasi, the football capital of Ghana. I'll be looking at Ghana's music scene and interviewing DJs and artists from Accra and Kumasi like Kweku Ananse and Wonlov.

I just finished match coverage of the 1st Africa Cup of Nations match in Accra, Ghana!

Now, Ghana is a football mad nation so this tournament was set to turn the country barmy. Ghana just managed to beat Guinea with a goal in the last minute of the game and then I had to get out of the stadium and to the airport in time for my flight.

Sound simple? Not when Ghana win!!! By the end of the match even the police gave up on crowd control in order to watch the match. The streets outside the stadium were as packed as inside and the party had just started!! Our driver nearly ran over about fifty different people who were so happy they were literally rolling over in the street. We beeped the horn for them to get out of the way and they jumped all over the car.

So... me and Ace got driven back to the hotel threw our clothes in the bags and got straight back on the road to try and catch the 11 o'clock flight which would get me back to the U.K in time for Rampage. Have you tried to sleep on a plane next to Ace? He takes up all the air!

Anyway Im back and Im knackered. Phew!!! Gone鈥

Africa Cup of Nations - Accra

So today I did the original tourist thing in Accra and went shopping. I wanted to find something traditional to wear.

Started the mission at Kaneshie Market - this was like no market I'd ever seen - it was like carnival but with stalls. I was told not to pay the price I was offerd by the seller. It's the custom to bargain and haggle with them to bring the price down by 50%.

I can't lie, I was extremely unsuccessful in the art of haggling. My mission led me to the Accra Arts Centre. Once again I put to the test the skill of bargain hunting and this time it worked (apparently showing the money helps!).

Anyway, after getting a traditional top to wear, we met a legend. Funny thing was I didn't know he was a legend, I thought he just sold coconuts. "Super Buffalo Dragon" was his name, and he was 68 years old. This guy began to tell us stories about being Africa's number 1 gymnast and stuntman. He told us about stunts including pulling a train with his teeth, having cars drive over him and lifting concrete and people at the same time.

We didn't know whether to believe him.

Should rappers be free to call there albums what ever they want?
If the rumours are true would Nas be going too far by using 鈥淣鈥 word as the title of his forth coming album?

Nathan in Big Brother Celebrity Hijack? A good or bad look?

Ace | 18:36 UK time, Thursday, 3 January 2008

Hi Peeps

It's Dev from 1Xtra aka Early Breakfasts 6-8 aka depping for Ace and Vis while they'll skiving off this week!

They may be on holiday but I just found the password to their blog!! ha ha!... While the cat's away......!!!

OK so I鈥檝e given this some thought and I鈥檓 still not sure??

On one hand, I think it would be easy to say Nathan is just trying to get himself on tele. On the other hand, Nathan's a talented artist so it could be just the move he needs to become noticed more?

Either way it鈥檚 a risk but if he can stay away from the silly arguments that ALWAYS go on the house, then he could be going home with the money!

I spoke to Thad Baron from Nathan鈥檚 record label and found out why he actually decided to enter Big Brother

I know MistaJam is gonna be glued to the tele tonight too! Check both of our blogs tomorrow and see if we fancy his chances?
