We spoke to ludacris about Barack Obama not being happy with him, the rumour that his house had burnt down and his thoughts on Busta Rhymes being detained at city airport right before they were scheduled to perform alongside each other.

As you may or may not have heard Busta Rhymes had trouble getting into the UK yesterday to perform at the Rockcorps show taking place tonight. He was detained at the airport for 12 hours and had a court hearing to find out if he could perform at the show. Check out what happened when Ace and "INVINCIBLE" ... I mean VIS, Got Busta Rhymes on the phone to talk about the madness.

Although myself and Vis are called the troublemakers of radio and we do like to have fun with our guests (sometimes at their expense) we've nevr REALLY upset a guest (except Rihanna). But this guy looks like hes about to send Young Jeezy over the edge. Not a smart move.

So 09 looks like its gonna be a big movie year. I know I keep goin on about it but I seriously cant wait for the new Transformer movie. That was gonna be the highly anticipated 09 film for me til I saw this trailer....

You put the best up and coming UK rapper with the best up and coming music video director ? I introduce to you Wretch 32 and Jack Fresh. Wretch 32 is the brains behind the track "Be cool" currently on 1xtra and Jack Fresh is the brains behind the music video soon to be on MTV Base.

Neither party would give me the video to post up just yet but here is a few pictures that was taken on location that night.

Shout out to everyone who went back to school this week and last week. Going back to school can be a very scary, nervous but yet exciting time. So to get everyone ready for term time we spoke to some 1xtra artists about what it was like for them going back to school. Take a listen:

Yes people, for those of you who didn't bother going to this years Carnival you definitely missed out. It was really good. Even though I wasn't looking forward to getting down there for 10am because I had to prepare for the live 1xtra broadcast from Notting Hill, I ended up having a wicked time.

We caught up with long time 1xtra friends Sway and Bashy. Watched R&B star Lloyd and new dancehall king Busy Signal smash it at the Rampage sound, which as always lived up to its reputation of killing it at carnival and overdosed on Jerk chicken and Pineapple Punch!

Strangest moment was seeing 1xtra's Seani B in a dress! He's trying to say it was a Gladiators outfit, but he had no sword and I swear I saw a woman wearing the exact same thing! There are pictures of him somewhere on the 1xtra website, so I'll let you lot decide.

One more thing, I have an apology to make, it was me and Trevor Nelson who kick started the riots that happened at the end of carnival...all we did was ask the Rampage boys to play an Oasis track, then a few rowdy bystanders were like, nah we're not having Oasis at carnival...and you know the rest...sorry about that...

Trevor Nelson set the challenge for us to find someone with a West Indian beer.WE DON'T LOSE!

We made this police man get into the spirits of things by convincing him to eat a COLD chicken patty.

Ray J was angry because I didn't save him any chicken

We checked in with the local fire brigade to make sure all was in order.
