RDS for the Web

I have RDS in my car that knows the stations which maybe broadcasting useful information to my locallity, I'm suggesting RDS for the Web updating every set amount of minutes.

I always miss the local news/weather/traffic on the TV in the morning, I simply cannot wait another 30 minutes for local news. It's also very difficult to manually keep track with other ´óÏó´«Ã½ sites, like "´óÏó´«Ã½ Collective" and other music related sites.

Could the RSS feeds be customised to my postcode or my interests, summarised as keywords?

It would be fantastic if I could have "My ´óÏó´«Ã½" right there on demand and have it show me relevant info, that would use RSS to highlight any news stories, traffic reports, weather updates local to me any TV shows which are relevant to my profile or otherwise customised to where I'm going to be throughout the day. Let's say I'll be in Manchester at lunchtime, My ´óÏó´«Ã½ will switch on to the content coming from and related to Manchester.

The RSS could hook up to the ´óÏó´«Ã½ on demand services, so if I missed a suggested radio show it would get downloaded into a podcast for me to sync up with.

I can see "My ´óÏó´«Ã½" being an extreamly big project, initially getting content based on a postcode would be very handy.
