Smooth operator....
I see that Vladimir Putin has released a set of , so I thought it was only fair that I do the same. OK, the former KGB agent looks a mite more rugged than I do in my holiday pics but I'm happy with mine. I don't think the Daily Telegraph will be working itself up into a frenzy over my 'rippling arm muscles' Last week's holiday in Majorca was a bit of a turning point for me. After 6 months of trying I think I have finally learned to swim. I have got twenty three swimming lessons under my belt so I really should have got it together before now. My most recent swimcoach said that learning to swim was like learning to drive a car, but she wasn't to know that I only passed my test on my 4th attempt! You'll be glad to hear that the only driving I do now is on my bike. I am keen to keep the swimming up as my aim is to complete a triathlon in the near future. I've been getting some advice from my mate Mark Daly at the ´óÏó´«Ã½. Mark is training to complete an in October. You can read about his training . As the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Scotland's investigations correspondent he has revealed some pretty shocking things in his time, but today on our weekly run he revealed to the rest of the group that he's made the ultimate commitment to his art. As you can read on his he is now the proud owner of the smoothest, silkiest legs in the building....and that includes all the women!

or 'Thank You' if you want a more upbeat track.
