Bryan Burnett | 19:23 UK time, Monday, 16 November 2009

After two hours on a static bike her ladyship's tips for world record breaking cyclist Mark Beaumont are "get some nice leg warmers"...

...and "get a bike that's got a wee place to put your soup in". I'll make sure we pass that on...

    That's a nice 'Before' picture.

I didn't consider it suitable for a family audience!! Will see if there are any I can agree to later today Paolo...but seriously what is attractive about a slightly out of breath, flushed woman? No don't answer, this is a family forum!!

I hope Miss Babs "sitting bones" aren't hurting too much after her exploits last night.

    Tonights theme hmmm

"Goodness Gracious Me" by Peter Sellers and Sophia Loren.

Even older "Miss Polly had a dolly" who was sick sick sick. Can't remember the rest other than a Doctor was mentioned

My favourite would have to be "Joyce Country Ceili (Ceilidh) Band by The Saw Doctors.

    Couple of possible themes.

Songs/Artists you hate and why. This stems from my partner spending a large part of Saturday evening putting on songs I dont like or by people I would avoid. the fun you can have with the one you love.

Songs that indicate movement - Rock you Baby, Walking back to happiness etc.

Thanks for such a good show.
