Au revoir but not goodbye...
Well, I'm outta here after a thoroughly enjoyable 5 nights doing the show in Bryza's absence. He'll be back and nicely refreshed for you next week after his jollies with a whole batch of great, new themes for you to get stuck into.
As I've said on air, it's been a blast presenting the show. From Royalty to Outer Space, Philosophical to Wild'n'Reckless via Reggae, a lot of classic music and rare gems have been spun for your titillation, delectation and listening pleasure. I'm only sorry I can't play all your requests and mention all your names each night... But hey, you know the nature of the show. It always makes my mind boggle how many people listen and contribute every night, and without you it wouldn't happen.
I'm back to my usual slot on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Scotland at 8.05 pm with a live session from new Glasgow indie-pop quintet French Wives on Monday. Hopefully you can join me each week for new music and alternative back-catalogue gems from Scotland and beyond. I'll recognise your names on email, text, facebook and twitter... maybe I'll even play one of your suggestions here and there too.
Anyway, thanks for having me... have a wicked weekend and speak to you all soon.

And why would we be listening to new music when as everyone knows, GIO listeners only like old, oft-played tracks that are never ever reckless.
Huh!
That OK, Adam?
