Good Morning to all online travellers. Now we are back from our hols its back to my turn at penning a wee blog. Just a note to give you all a sense of life off air. Anyway if you were get inside the mind of say, myself, dominic, rachel, chris and indeed Aled today you would find us all deeply disturbed, maybe even a little traumatised at seeing far to much of comedy dave. Let me explain..

Dear Webfriends,
It’s me again, back uncharacteristically early with another computer postcard to update you on what I’ve been up to recently. I wasn’t going to write one today, but nobody else seemed interested and instead nominated me for this honour, so here goes.

Hello hello it's good to be back...I think....
So following Dom, I'm the second member of the team to return and blimey it's quiet in the office. I'm back to get the show sorted for Monday. I know it always sounds like it's not very organised, but I do attempt to put some order into the show.

Hello Bloggerloggers,
I have been working hard while my DJ colleagues lounge around in swimming pools surrounded by Palm Trees. They'll come back sunkissed and relaxed and I... Won't. Here at Newsbeat there are no palm trees. Although we did once have a Yukka. Dead now. Shame.

Dear Computer Friends,
It’s currently my favourite time of the week, because today is Friday which means no stupid alarm clock tomorrow morning and no stupid getting out of bed at stupid o’clock in the stupid morning. It’s been a pretty rubbish week really, that’s seen my life switch its balance from the glitter and glamour of showbusiness to the boringness of hospitals...

Hello. It's been a while since my last blog cos Aled has such a massive ego that he insists on doing it more than me (ooer).

Firstly, Chris and Dave couldn't do today's blog as Chris is busy working in television and Dave is busy watching it.
So it falls to me again to blog you big-style...

"Hi there bloggers, just to let you know that we've just put a photo up of Carrie's new look. If you heard the show this morning you'll have heard she's gone from blonde to brunette...
I'm sure you agree she looks great, but I'm a little worried she's basing her pout on that of Jordan's! Send in your comments....nice one's please! Rachx
Afternoon all, it's the producer of the show Rachel here reporting in for blogging duties.
I just have to say how nice are Take That? If you missed the show this morning, they came in with their new single 'Patience'. First material in 10 years and it's pretty good. I always find it fascinating when artists bring in their new material for the first time. They always have a half nervous, half excited look on their face, particularly if they haven't done anything for a while. All Saints were the same a few weeks ago.....we had tears in the studio then! I also never know where to look as you feel like they're watching our body language to see if we like the track. I usually just stand there with a big smile on my face, probably looking very false! Not that I mean too.

You'd think with our holidays coming up at the end of this week that any normal radio team would start winding down in anticipation of putting their feet up on their posh sun-loungers in some distant far-away sun-drenched country. Well, not this team! Not only do we on The Chris Moyles Show seem to start piling things in for both our last week before the holidays and the first week back AFTER the holidays but we also won't be putting our feet up on some posh sun-loungers in some distant far-away sun-drenched country – well Chris might, but the rest of us won't be. I will probably be spending my hols online talking to my !

Well its back to me again as Chris has decided he is "between" computers at the moment so he's not sure what he's doing - and there's project B stuff that he's very busy with so I drew the straw for the friday blog. Its been an interesting few days - still deciding whether to go from blonde to brunette. Loads of people are doing it and I've been blonde for like ever..though as a few of us will confess it does need a little helping hand these days..But to be honest I'm just glad I still have hair to worry about. (No offence intended Dom).

What a nice man that Gordon Ramsay is. He came in to plug his book and talked at length about mushrooms and posh puddings. He was bowled over by Chris' knowledge of food and was visibly impressed by his technique of cooking chicken and mushroom pie - specifically the bit about smearing milk on the top with his hand to stop it burning. Nice.

Seeing as Chris hasn’t written a blog since the 9th of September we all felt it was his turn to write one today.
Unfortunately, as The Saviour himself points out, he’s too busy focusing on staying alive following his near death experience yesterday to write a blog (and in any case, it’s the eve of Project Shush so he needs to start queing outside his local bookstore). Chris tried to dictate his blog to me as he ran out of the building but I don’t have a Dictaphone, I can’t write shorthand and Chris can talk pretty fast. So here (to the best of my memory) is what Chris did yesterday...

Dear computer friends, me again, back with another one of those blog rocking treats. For those of you that have been waiting for an update on my health after I was struck down with Manfluenza, the good news is that I’m now almost back to full ‘life fitness’, although my ‘athletic match fitness’ is still a little short of its physical optimum. It’s this that caused me to suffer from severe cramps and calf strains during the Great North Run (which was so serious that it required expert medical assistance from a team of proper Red Cross people) and resulted in my finishing time being a little disappointing. Still, at least I didn’t wet myself...

As you may be aware I was given a lot of stick this morning for an unfortunate toilet incident that happened during the Great North Run. Therefore with the team being so generous and all that - they decided to give me the right of reply by writing today's blog. Therefore while not denying that such an incident happened I will try and put my side of the story which may or may not convince you that I am a little less grubby than Chris, Dave and Dominic and indeed Rio Ferdinand tried to make out!
