060606_yh_jocelin_70.jpgToday Carrie was struck down with the lurgy and it couldn't come at a worse time as it's her sisters wedding this weekend! So I dedicate this one to you Carrie D and to the Davis clan. I'm sure you're all bored of hearing about man flu and Christmas colds so if you're also suffering I wish you a speedy recovery and if you're not well I still wish you all the best.

Now I've got the formalities out the way I'll tell you what's been going on behind the scenes. Listen on Christmas Day for a special take on Celebrity Tarzan….Celebrity Santa (see what we did there), then on Boxing Day we're reliving the best bits of the year in I Love The Chris Moyles Show hosted by Jimmy Carr. If you missed Chris Martin singing Cheese Windows, what happened when the team went into the BB house or Take That's first live session in 10 years listen on Tuesday from 7.

Today we're preparing to take the show out of Radio 1 HQ for Friday's Christmas Party. Then tonight I'll be braving town to finish my Xmas shopping before meeting friends from New York, Swindon and Hackney! It's a busy day
