MOYLES FINISHES A 5 MILE RUN .. WATCH

Post categories:

Chris | 06:53 UK time, Thursday, 13 March 2008

Hello viewers, Chris Moyles here. So, Chappers and Dave are running a mile at EVERY Premiership football ground in England and Scotland to raise money for Sport Relief. It's a total of 32 miles, and I am trying to match them, mile for mile, by running on my treadmill at home. This in itself is a challenge as I am over 18 stone and very lazy. HOWEVER, so far so good and this video is me after finishing another 5 MILE RUN. I am very sweaty and very out of breath, but at least I did it. Enjoy the video, and please PLEASE donate some money for Sport Relief. Thanks!

Chappers, Dave and Chris congratulations on your 33 miles and the rest of the team on their 6 miles. You should all be so proud of yourselves - an absolute inspiration and the epitome of "Rise to the Challenge"

I decided at the start of the week I would donate £5 for every day that Dave didn't WHINE about anything.

...sorry kids :-(

I'll sponsor that One-Show bloke instead, although HE also whines...

...just not as much as Dave.

Well done all.

So Chris, If you are keeping up with Dave and Chappers where is the video of you doing an Egg and Spoon and Sack Race on your treadmill.

And maybe 3 legged with Aled on the treadmill?

Do that and I would love to donate!

I am not convinced that an 18 stone man who has never done any exercise in a long time can run 5 miles all in one go.
