Chris will be having a new desk arrive for his new office which he's very excited by and then tonight he'll be seeing Stevie Wonder. Dave will be picking up Nicole from her proper day from Nursery Carrie will be spring cleaning her flat Dom will be either going out tonight or staying in - whoever wins the ARGUMENT Rachel is getting her eyelashes tinted and then going to pilates Aled is going out for dinner with a friend.
Good evening all - apologies this entry is a bit tardy..Been busy up at Arsenal today. Fair to say Arsene Wenger's not a happy man after that defeat by Hull on Saturday. Kolo Toure even admitted he's more scared of playing Hull than Manchester United cos everyone just expected them to win before they'd stepped onto the pitch! Hull fans have got to be pleased with that - meanwhile down the road its not going so well at Spurs - they face Hull on Sunday..that will be interesting!
Chris is sorting out videos and chucking lots of the ones he hasn't watched for ages. If anyone wants some please contact Matt Fincham Rachel is attempting a 10 mile run today in preperation for the Half marathon run on the weekend Dave will be either tidying the spare room or going for a kip Dom will be going to the rubbish dump today Carrie will be going to laugh at Arsene Venger at their press conference Aled will be preparing the spare room for a new flatmate!

Dear internet friends. Today we're on our way to Cardiff to do the show tomorrow morning from the set of doctor who.
The journey so far has been rubbish due to delays and other schniz, but at least the train has got nice biscuits.
I've already had 2 packets. The first were chocolate and pecan which were yummy, but my favourite were the banana and butterscotch ones. This is what it looks like out of the window.
Dom here. A quick apology to start with. I should have written this early afternoon but due to some weird late onset of jetlag, i fell asleep at home. For 4 hours!!!! Rubbish.
LA was brilliant, we worked hard and had some great shows i think. This week's been pretty great too so far. Jack Osbourne was our guest this morning. I like him a lot. I don't share any of his adrenaline cravings but despite that i think he's pretty cool.

Today Chris is choosing paint but not painting Dom is going for a bike ride with his son Rachel is going to have her leg pummelled Dave is picking up his daughter from her first day of nursery Carrie is going to the dentist for a scrape and polish Aled will be going to playlist and sleeping. A lot. Although not in playlist.
Afternoon all! So I was just about to leave for the day and remembered that I hadn't done the blog, so apologies for it being a little later than usual.
I blame the jet lag. Adjusting back to UK is taking a while. It's probably because for the last week I've been going to bed after the show and now I'm getting up just after 4am. I tell you, I don't know if I'm coming or going at the mo. That's why the blog is late!
Chris will be having a medical, go for a run and then celebrate by having a pint Dave needs to continue unpacking and washing Rachel needs to find a physio as her legs are dodgy and then ending the day with her pilates class Carrie will also be doing some washing but she'll also be doing some correspondance Dom has new wardrobes so will be transfer clothes from the spare bedroom to the master one. Aled will be seeing a showcase for a new British High School Musical type band and then having some appointments with some record companies.
Good morning all - well we're back - it does feel nice and familiar in our studio but I do admit I missed the sunshine getting up to dark skies that have only turned a lighter shade of grey!! LA really was fantastic and I hope you agree they were some of the best shows we've ever done! But now we have an exciting guest fest week ahead - finishing up doing the show from the Tardis which is going to be fab!
Am now sitting at my ´óÏó´«Ã½ London desk, desperately trying to fight the jet lag that seems to be setting in!
Did really well at the weekend - after picking me up from the airport (a lovely suprise) Tom kept me awake until half past ten to try and get my system back in sync. Did wake up at 5 am but managed to get back to sleep..Had a great day taking Nemo (our black lab) for a walk and then watched the footy in the pub. Tom had to go off back to Yorkshire and I went to bed at about half 9 feeling tired. When I got up this morning felt ok but now lagging sooo much - think I might have to have an afternoon of chocolate to keep going until 7 tonight!
Any tips for jet lag please feel free to leave them below!
Chris is sorting "things" out - like painters Dave will be unpacking Rach will be running and preparing for a pub quiz that she is doing on Friday in London Carrie is doing ´óÏó´«Ã½ London and fighting jet lag which is just hitting Dominic will also be unpacking and is having a new wardrobe put in Aled is going through all the e-mails that arrived while he was away - all 1,600 of them!
Hello bloggers - apparently I am wearing a doyley and Aled is in roll up trousers - according to Chris we look like Barbie and Ken - so now we let you decide! Have a look and feel free to comment.

Dear International Friends,
Dave here live from LA with my first ever transatlantic blog. Hoop Dogg asked me to write a few lines to say what we've been up, so here are my few lines to say what we've been up to.
It's been quite strange doing the show in the evening over here in order for it to be live at the normal time in the UK, but it's something we've all adapted to. It's just a late night really, and we've thoroughly enjoyed the shows, especially with guests like Mel B, Dave Grohl, Kelly Jones and tonight Pink, which should be ace. The sun shines everyday over here, and everyone's dead nice, so it's easy to see within a few days the huge appeal of la la land. Yes, it's all a bit shallow, superficial and fake, but we're all fitting in surprisingly well.
For those of you who heard the show yesterday, you'll know that we're back from our holidays, but we're not in the UK - we're actually in Los Angeles this week.
We've been planning this week of shows for the last few months as Heroes is launching there in the UK at the same time as it launches here in the US so they've invited us out to meet the cast and generally get excited about the new series. As we were coming out though we couldn't resist calling on a few of our friends who live out here and asked whether they wanted to come in!
Day 18 - one more night of drinking to go. Tomorrow on The Chris Moyles Show with Scott Mills I'll be tested to see how my body's changed then I'll get the results this Sunday on The Surgery with Kelly!
p.s. if I don't see any more alcohol for the rest of my life...
