Here's what the team are doing today
Chris - might have a go at making Friday's Jamie Oliver meal (salmon tikka) - he's also going to take his chocolate fudge cake round to his neighbours to prove that he's been cooking
Dave - is tidying up because Grandma's coming over later for a cup of tea
Carrie - is working over at ´óÏó´«Ã½ London as it's international week for football
Dom - is presenting Newsbeat, then has no real plans
Rach - is taking it easy, as she's tired - and then she'll be tidying up her flat which is a tip

Sportswear
Yes tracksuits are comfortable. But so is slobbing around the house all day in your dressing gown and you wouldnt be seen out in the streets it (if you would please stop reading this now - you are beyond help). Unless you are going to the gym or for a run or to play football inthe park, leave the tracksuit at home where it belongs. Perhaps this is a tad unfair but it is hard to believe that the men most often seen wearing sporty ensembles, their double chins wobbling and beer guts merrily jiggling as they waddle down the street are in training for anything other than the Annual Pie Eating championships!!!"
Oh I love this book!
