Chris is taking the girlfriend out to lunch, they're going shopping and then Chris is cooking dinner
Dave says that today is gymnasium Monday (the first we believe - Dave disagrees) (there is also a gymnasium Thursday)
Rachel is going to get her eylashes tinted she's then visiting her friend Dana to do the Davina DVD workout
Dom is playing Florence Nightingale this week as his family isn't well.
Carrie is going to have a sleep, a bit of tidyup and then some form of exercise - depending on the weather.
Aled is hoping to book his holiday for their forthcoming holiday!
