Rach - is going for another run in the forest today after the success of it yesterday, as she wants to continue to "look well"
Carrie - is going to see her friend Melissa and her baby Will and then is going to a see 'The Boat That Rocked' tonight - we've got Nick Frost and Gemma Arterton coming on the show on Friday
