Chris is going to the gym and then heading home to meet up with his mate Ricky and possibly Andi.
Dave will be unpacking some more boxes.
Dom is having lunch with a Chinese friend and catching up with some sleep. He's also going to try and cook a burgerlette 'cos he didn't manage it last night.
Carrie is off to pilates and then she's going to the theatre darhling with a friend.
Aled isn't going to have time to make a burgerlette as he's travelling to the location of the next Chris Moyles Show Karaoke!

Chris is off for a boring five mile run whilst listening to Lady Gaga, but only the first seven songs...then he'll listen to Blur for a bit. Tonight he may continue the cooking theme and cook a stir fry.
Dave has got a day of bills bills bills and will have a chicken salad for tea.
Dom is going to the tip to bin a shed-load of rubbish. Tonight he'll attempt a Chris Moyles burger omelette.
Carrie is off to Bradfield School to do a chat about journalism.
Aled is going for a seven song run around the park. After that he'll be cooking one of Chris' burger omelettes to welcome back Emile from his holiday.

Chris will be running to Michael Jackson songs today and then he's going out for dinner tonight with a friend.
Dave is going to pick up Nicole from nursery and then will have an afternoon sleep.
Dom has got a boring meeting with an accountant, then he'll be listening to some Michael Jackson songs.
Carrie is going to Yorkshire to see Tom for her Birthday weekend, listening to Michael Jackson on the journey there.
Aled is talking to some old friends about the very sad news and then heading up to Rhyl .
Rachel - is at Glastonbury probably getting very wet, and also probably trying to listen to Michael Jackson when she gets chance

Chris - continues his training in a quest to become a super stud muffin; he also has a photo shoot and an interview with the Radio Times
Dave - is treating himself to a kip today
Carrie - is going to go to the gym and hopefully catch some rays this afternoon if it's sunny
Dom - is recording the Oddbox
Aled - is recording podcast links, then he's looking into a feature for tomorrow's show, then he's having a meeting with the boss and finally he'll be having a haircut
Rachel - is in Glastonbury

Chris staretd by having a birthday cake so will be burning that off with a 5 mile run and celebrating the fact that he's lost 4 lbs
Birthday Carrie is celebrating her brithday with her family, they're baking her a cake.
Birthday Matt is going to the pub to celebrate his birthday too!
Dave is going to the tip again, and then picking some fruit in the garden with his daughter Dom will be enjoing the sun which he predicts will reach 25.5'C in the garden
Rachel is going to Glastonbury! And won't be returning back to work until next Wednesday
Aled is preparing for his early wake up tomorrow, by going to playlist, having a drink with the producer of The Surgery, then attending Matt Finchams drinks - so a slot of sleep tonight then!

Morning... the show has just finished. Here's what the team have planned for the rest of the day...

Chris - gets weighed tomorrow, so will be doing a big fat burning session on the treadmill today.

Dave is going to the generic building store to buy beading for his new wooden floor. He'll then be oiling his floor later (whatever that means)

Dom is taking Xanthe for some injections and Finn swimming.

Carrie is going to the gym. She might do some tai chi depending on what mood she's in.

Rachel is going to go for a run and then will start packing for Glastonbury. She needs to find the air pump to blow up the mattresses.

Aled is doing project tidy up. He has 2 weeks to tidy his desk. (it will take that long)

Morning all! Here's what the Chris Moyles team are up to today....

Chris - has a meeting about the parody album, then he's going to the gym for session number 2 with his new trainer

Dave - is having his drains rodded

Rach - needs to buy something to unblock the plugs in her bathroom as the water is taking a long time to drain away at the moment. then it's pilates!

Carrie - has pilates this afternoon and she'll also be walking the dog

Dom - has no discernible plans, apart from taking the baby for a walk this afternoon

Aled - has record company appointments, his first ever DJ dinner and then he's off to Stoke-On-Trent

Hi everyone! Here's the lowdown on the 'rock and roll' lives of the Chris Moyles Show team....

Chris - is going to hang outside Radio 1 after the show to meet the Jonas Brothers. He's then going home to train for 2 hours, and tonight he's out for dinner with some of his showbiz chums

Dave - is awaiting delivery of a washer/dryer and fridge freezer

Dom - is paying a carpet man for carpets he forgot to pay for

Carrie - is doing some cardiovascular work and then is doing Tai Chi

Rachel - will also be doing a massive training session after eating far too much this weekend

Aled - is on his way back from Stoke

Chris is cooking for his friend and his vegetarian girlfriend today.
Dave is going to Download Festival before doing another two days of breakfast radio! Chappers and Dave tomorrow and Sunday 7 - 10am on Radio 1
Rachel is going back to Kidderminster as she has to taste the food for her wedding
Carrie is going to pilates today and then seeing Tom who's back from Canada tomorrow
Dom is taking his baby girl out for a walk in her buggy for the first time
Aled is lining up our trip to Stoke On Trent and trying to work out new ways of getting the message out about our podcast because he thinks it's the best one yet! On Sunday he's doing a Drugs special as part of the Surgery where there'll be a nurse specialising in drug addiction to help.

Chris has got to go home to train, he's then going to tidy his spare bedroom and tackle a job he's been meaning to do for a long time - he's going to go through his wardrboe and bag up all the clothes that are now too big for him!
Carrie is going to a gym induction at a new gym, she'll then watch the last Ashes to Ashes
Dave is going to treat himself to a kip and pay the people who fitted his carpets
Rachel might go swimming today and then cook a ratatouille
Dominic is going to go home and see his new baby daughter and try and sleep at some point
Aled is unsure what he's doing today - there will be sleep though as soon as he finished work!

Chris is going for a long run with a friend, doing the exercises that the friend recommended, and then collapsing in a heap on the floor
Dave STILL has to pick up his contact lenses as they're still in opticians
Rachel has been doing a lot of excercises this week and now she has a tight right thigh, so she's going to take it easy
Carrie is going to have a sleep before having a girlie get together
Aled is off to a secret location in the UK

CHRIS is meeting his new personal trainer and is having a session with him, his friend Steve is then coming over to try and get all the photos back that he seems to have lost!
DAVE is buying some wood and some wood filler and then going to the pub for quiz night (with his live-in-builder-Paul)
CARRIE is going to check out a new gym and then cooking a lasagne
RACHEL is going to be doing some exercise, sorting out some wedding stuff and watching Big Brother
DOM is being a new dad
ALED is having a team meeting, doing an interview with C2 on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Cymru then seeing... BRITNEY!

CHRIS is going to try and ctach up on some TV because his generic satellite recorder only has 2% left - he also needs to go for a long run as he's starting to seize up
RACHELwill be eating cheese and going around to Dana's to do some Davina (yesterday she went off-piste and they did some Nell)
DAVE has a busy day involving a secret project for Davina McCall, he then needs to pick up some paint and some contact lenses from the optician.
CARRIE is catching up on some sleep after a night with Woopie and is getting ready for the Apprentice
DOM is stilll at home being a father
ALED is going to be locked up (as part of next week's Drugs week on Radio 1)

CHRIS is having a hot meeting and then going home to work on the "fake" Jo Whiley Twitter account.
RACHEL is going to pilates today as it's Tuesday and then seeing some of the sun
DAVE will be doing some more stripping and taking some platerboard to the dump
CARRIE is going to the opening night of Sister Act the Musical tonight!
DOM is at home with the new family
ALED is working on the next show OB, plus some more guests coming onto the show over the next few days. He's then having some record company appointments and a relaxing evening in the sun!
