Chris really enjoyed Who do you think you are tonight. My Great Grandfather was also from Ballina and went off to fight with the Connaught Rangers for the British Army in World was 1.
We also found a grave with no headstone in Ballina. I was born in England and will never forget the pain and struggle of my relatives that made that possible.
    Once again Great show.
    Regards
    Patricia

chris really enjoyed who do u think u are tonight. Amazed at the information u found out makes, everyone wonder about there relatives and what little we all truly know. It was heart wrenching to see the display of emotions you battled through and was right there with you throughout. Natalie x

Your story really touched me tonight. I learned an awful lot about the town I grew up in - I often wondered what those white stones were in Leigue Cemetery. Now tell me did you (a) give that woman back her medal and (b) did you give Fr Hoban a few bob. Well done.
