Dave - is going to a well-known furniture shop to pick up his new dining table and chairs

There was once a bloke called Dave who got married to lovely lady called Jayne.
Dave, Jayne and their daughter went on holiday to Florida. After a day of fun and sun on the beach, Dave returned to his holiday home to discover that he'd lost his wedding ring. Jayne wasn't too happy.

So, now we ask you the people of the UK, the USA and the world to start looking for Dave's wedding ring. It's a simple band which must be buried in the sand somewhere on Pine Beach in Florida.

Chris - is going to the gym for a session with his trainer and then he'll be doing his laundry...with the possibility of touching up a few tracks on the parody album
Dave - is going out for lunch with a mystery celebrity, as well as filling out his passport application
Dom - has a meeting at lunchtime, then he'll be mowing his lawn, getting rid of the thatch
Carrie - is going to walk her dog, then she'll catch up on last night's Flash Forward
Rachel Mallender - will still be reacclimatising to being back at work after her honeymoon, then she'll be listening to some Student Radio Award entries
Aled - will be tidying his desk, going to record company appointments and then buying a frame for his photo with Cheryl
Chris - is going home to train, he also has some paperwork to do, then he has a TV meeting and then he'll be going to the recording studio

Chris is going home today for a long long run, he's then heading up to Bolton to see Mr Vernon Kay. He'll be joining Vernon on his show tomorrow morning at the Pheonix Club.
Dave is going to enjoy having a nice quiet weekend at home (for a change).
Carrie is going to interview English Cricket Captain Andrew Strauss and then she's off to Darlington
Dom is going to his cousin Katie's wedding and then recovering for the rest of the weekend!
Aled is spending the weekend travelling, a bit of DJing in Scotland, attending Mental Health day in Swansea for ´óÏó´«Ã½ Headroom and promoting his bullying TV documentary in Wales for ´óÏó´«Ã½2 Wales.
Chris - is recording the podcast links, then he's rushing home for a run, and then he's back in town to play his album to record label executives. He'll then go home to celebrate or commiserate depending on their feedback.
Dave - will also be recording podcast links and then he's going home for a bit of kip.
Dom - will be presenting the Oddbox and then will be watching himself in Dragons' Den online on ´óÏó´«Ã½2 at 10pm
Carrie - will be catching up on some sleep and then she's going to do a big shop in the supermarket
Aled - is going to work on the special 'Italian Week In A Day' feature coming soon to the Chris Moyles Show and then he has a session with his personal trainer
Chris - has a very weird day today - he doesn't have a lot to do apart from a few clerical duties at home. He's not really sure what he's going to do actually.

Aled - will do whatever it takes to stop succumbing to his cold
Dominic - is taking his daughter to the doctors as she has the lurgy, then he's probably going to watch some kids TV with her
Carrie - has a couple of meetings at ´óÏó´«Ã½ Sport HQ, then she's going for lunch with the girls, and then she's changing her sheets
Chris - today Chris has a medical then he's dashing straight to the recording studio, where he'll be hanging out with Dave and Dom to record some tracks

Carrie - is catching up on the weekend's TV 'cos it's raining - she'll be watching Strictly Come Dancing and the X Factor
Aled - is clearing up a stain on his wall

Chris - is finishing off his album (hopefully) and then he's going out for a few beers on Saturday. He's three and a half miles off his 20 mile target this week.
Dave - is officially on tour this weekend - the World Tour lands in Plymouth and Aberystwyth, then he'll be back home on Sunday
Aled - is officially on tour at his first ever gay club in Guilford and then is doing a bullying special on the Surgery this Sunday
Dominic - will be paying the man who's just laid his driveway and then he might go to the gay club in Guilford
Carrie - is going to the theatre this weekend then she's hanging out with her friends from Yorkshire who are visiting
Chris - is associate producing his fellow team members in a recording session for the parody album
Dave - is recording his part on the parody album and then will be watching Everton in the Europa League
