Chris - has some acupuncture and physio on his leg this morning, then tomorrow night he'll be cooking some vegetable bhajis and chicken curry for his good pal Vernon Kay and his lovely wife Tess Daly, and then on Sunday he's going to go for a long walk

Dave - is going to have some hot fun in the sun

Aled - is also going to have some hot fun today; he has an emergency gym session this afternoon (as he's been lapse with his training this week) which will be followed by a weekend of sleep

Matt - will be going to the pub with producer Sam after the show for a well-deserved drink, then tomorrow he's going to a BBQ with some mates and booking some flights to Ibiza

Tina - is going to her friend's flat-warming party tonight and then tomorrow she's going for her first kickboxing lesson

Dominic - is buying some factor 50 sun cream as his bald head is susceptible to burning in this hot weather
