Chris - is filming an action movie sequence for his TV show where he'll be running around wearing a vest whilst clutching a gun (which of course is a pretend one)

Dave - will be recording podcast links and then he has some assorted jobs

Dom - is writing and presenting the Oddbox and then he has another boring meeting

Tina - will be spending most of the day catching up on lots of work

Aled - will be podcasting and then he has several meeting; this afternoon he's going to the gym and then catching up on the X Factor

Matt - has lots of work to do in the office and then he'll be continuing his seemingly never-ending house-hunt

Sam - has lots of meetings, various bits of work, then she'll be going to a spinning class and then the doctors
