I hope there will be more opportunity for questions from the general public. This will be an excellent way to improve democracy now that Cornwall has a Unitary Authority rather than several local councils. Local Councils may well have been inefficient, but that was better than having all decisions made by an unquestioning cabinet where the quality of debate and review is sadly lacking.
