Saint Therese

Graham Smith | 08:11 UK time, Wednesday, 16 March 2011

I'm ashamed to admit that until yesterday I had never heard of Therese Coffey, the Conservative Member of Parliament for Suffolk Coastal.

But now that she has tabled I have no hesitation in describing her as charming, witty, intelligent, hard working and stunningly attractive.

If you haven't already read then I urge you to do so, as I'm sure you'll agree it's the most perfectly crafted form of words to enter Parliament in a very long time.

Indeed, you might like to draw to the attention of your own Member of Parliament, possibly encouraging them to add their own names to what I'm sure will be a very long list of supporters.

In the interests of balance and impartiality, I should point out that other EDMs might be available.

It's too late for Cornwall - it's already happened! :)

"That this House values ´óÏó´«Ã½ local radio as a key voice in the community; is highly concerned at the threat to local daytime programming; notes the contradiction between the centralisation of programme-making and the ´óÏó´«Ã½'s stated aim of moving production to the regions and nations; and calls on the ´óÏó´«Ã½ to dismiss this idea outright."

Bless you, Stephen. As I added to "what do you think of it so far" The B.B.C. are an "easy target".
